La Bulle Musicale s'invite à la Maison Départementale de l'Enfance à Cergy-Pontoise ! Lieu de vie en tant que tel, mais également propice au silence, cette demi-sphère est conçue pour être un lieu de découverte mais aussi un cocon pour les petits enfants. Apaisant, innovant, elle fournit un endroit reposant pour les enfants de 4 à 11 ans. Vêtue de bleu, elle invite chaque personne à découvrir son intérieur. Initié par Val d'Oise Numérique, les enfants peuvent y jouer, danser, chanter , écouter et explorer le monde à leur rythme.
